Triumphs & Travails of Organ Donation and Transplantation in India.

Abstract
To club the trafficking and commerce in organ transplantation. Organ transplantationacts are brought in. the Istanbul Summit haclassified all issues related to organtransplantation. In certain states 'Jeevandan Scheme' is brought to facilitate deceased organ transplantation with the ultimate goal of replacing living donation by deceased organ & transplants.
